Course Overview

We help the interested candidates to understand various research paradigms from interpretivism to constructivism in continuum and adopt pragmatism of knowledge and action which interact between action and change to improve the organizations.

About the Author

He holds Master Mariner (FG) and BSc degree. He has 20 years of Ship Master´s working experience and his expertise is in Cruise liner trade. Additionally,he is an external surveyor of Mercantile Marine Department (Govt of India). He is a visiting faculty of several Maritime Training Institutes in Kolkata. He is 9000 – 2000 Auditor/ Lead auditor Training course LRQA. He holds the Chairman’s post of Company of Master Mariners, Kolkata chapter. He is an AFNI member of Nautical Institute London.
